About Us
My mom and I decided that something in our diet needed to change. So we are trying a switch. A Superfood Switch.
Our goal:
The more superfoods we include in a meal, the more gold stars we get. Actually our goal is lose some weight. For now our goal is 10 pounds each.
The rules:
1. Include superfoods in every meal
2. No processed foods
3. No refined sugar, flour, or rice
